I called this afternoon and spoke with Christine, and she was absolutely amazing! She reassured me that I could get the help I needed and confirmed that they accepted my insurance, which immediately made me feel at ease. When I arrived, Christine helped me with the paperwork, and then I met Mercy, who took my X-rays. She was so sweet, kind, and made me feel very comfortable. Then I saw Dr. Joseph, who fixed my tooth, and the horrible pain I had been dealing with was finally GONE! 🙌🏽🦷 I had such a great experience from beginning to end. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and caring. I will DEFINITELY be coming back this is officially my new dentist office! ❤️ Thank you all so much for taking such great care of me. I truly appreciate it! Highly appreciate recommend!

I had a wonderful experience during my dental visit. Dr, Joseph is the best dentist I have ever dealt with. He was very professional, respectful, humble, courageous and kept his patient in a calm state of mind. I felt no pain at all in the extraction. He was very thorough in his professional duty. I will recommend him to anyone who has any dentist issues. I job well done. In addition, all the staff members from the receptionist, the account manager and the dental hygienists were all professionals and courteous to all patients.

Dr. Joseph was outstanding. He got me in quickly, explained everything, and made a stressful situation so much easier. He even checked on me after the procedure and was always available to answer my questions. Great dentist and great staff. Highly recommend!

I have had 3 procedures done in the last year by Dr. Joseph Guerrino at the Mount Vernon office and I am very happy. He is so gentle and reassuring and walked me through each step so I was not anxious and stressed. He explained the aftercare process and answered all of my questions. He even called me personally after my procedures to check on me and I love that!!! I brought my kids to this office when they were young and never had an issue then either. Great staff, great location!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Joseph and the entire team at the Mount Vernon location. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very professional. The office was clean, organized, and ran on time, which I really appreciated. Dr. Joseph was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting any work.
